MTC Programme Highlights

1. ONE-YEAR, FULL TIME MASTER TRAINING COURSE  (MTC)
This academic programme based on principles of liberal education touches upon broad areas of the Humanities and is supplemented by a course in personality development.

Our one-year training programme equips students to succeed in entrance exams for admission to Central Universities and professional colleges to pursue careers in law, mass communication and journalism, hotel management, defence services, health psychology, audiology, five-year integrated M.A/M.Sc degree in humanities, science and any other disciplines. The main subjects we teach here are: English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Economics, Political Science, Geography, Current Affairs and News Analysis, Logical Reasoning, Legal Aptitude and any other topics START considers relevant for the students from time to time.

Personality development, ability to communicate in both spoken and written forms, training to face interviews and group discussion receive meticulous attention.

Eligibility

1. ONE-YEAR,  Master Training Course (MTC)

Students who have completed the plus two level of education in any Indian university or equivalent qualification abroad and who belong preferably to the age group 17 to 19. Students who pass class XII (Plus-Two) with a minimum of 70% marks in humanities or commerce or science streams are selected for one year Master Training Course after rigorous screening and testing.
